Zilda Arns was a Brazilian doctor and sanitarian. Founder and coordinator of Pastoral da Criança and Pastoral da Pessoa Elderly. She received several special mentions and titles of honorary citizen in the country. In 2012 she was elected the 17th largest Brazilian of all time.

For the Zilda chair, we seek to express all the strength, generosity, of the great woman she was, in addition to the look full of love and kindness, reflected in the comfort and fluid design of the piece. The arm and back restraints were inspired by the fabric used for weighing the children during the children's pastoral visits in the communities.
