ANAUÊ

Indigenous culture, with its wealth of details and meanings, dialoguing with modernity and the cosmopolitan spirit of Brazilian design. This was the source and inspiration for the creation of new pieces signed exclusively by designer Daniela Ferro for Donaflor.

Geometry, contrast between textures, symmetry and organicity are some of the plastic characteristics inherent to Brazilian indigenous art. The ANAUÊ chair, armchair and ottoman mirror these characteristics, which we can find above all in body painting, in ritualistic costumes and in handicraft objects.

ANAUÊ is characterized by organic and fluid lines, where backrests and sides are integrated, forming a visual unit that communicates harmony and welcoming. The relaxation armchair, with its high backrest, comes in two versions: fixed armchair, with a finely worked wooden base, and rocking armchair, which adds a playful and relaxed dimension to the collection.

The ANAUÊ chair, the most recent launch, carries the unmistakable personality of the collection, in a version where the lightness of the woven fibers and the wooden base provides the necessary harmony for the composition of a dining room.

The woven fibers create a light, sophisticated and original visual effect, and the design of the wefts refers to body painting and indigenous basketry.

In addition to the collection, the pouf was also developed.
